Anti-bacterial glass

Anti-Bacterial Glass is a glass coated by synthesizing metallic titanium and silver oxide on the surface of the glass and has anti-bacterial properties and is used for medical and laboratory displays.
Anti-bacterial ions move with a positive charge, whereas microorganisms such as bacteria move with a negative charge. Silver in Anti-Bacterial Glass reacts with bacteria when they come into contact with the surface of the glass, penetrates the cell walls of microorganisms, and destroys the membrane, thereby inhibiting the overall growth and proliferation of bacteria and removing viruses.
